vmrunkernel: allow -M for setting memory start

And, as part of finding compiler warnings to make
this work, do some cleanup.

Oh, and as part seeing the help message
was woefully wrong, fix that too by having it
print the contents of the options struct,
not a string that will keep getting wrong :-)
