vmm: Remove lapic_timer_frequency from the cmd line

Linux's lapic_timer_frequency isn't in raw Hz.  It's actually the lapic
freq divided by HZ, the Linux variable, e.g. 250 or 1000.

Linux's akaros.c will take care of this.
