BNX2X: brings in cnic_if.h

We probably don't need the CNIC.  The BSD driver didn't use it, and I've used
the bnx2x driver on linux with CONFIG_CNIC off.  But having the header around
might make things easier.

Copied from linux bc208e0ee0f and spatched.
